• Exceptions: No right of withdrawal for personalized/custom Goods, sealed items opened for hygiene reasons, or perishable items (not applicable here).

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU Consumers)All Goods benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (minimum 2 years from delivery).

• Goods must match description, be fit for purpose, and have satisfactory quality.
• If non-conformity appears within 2 years, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund (depending on circumstances).

• Commercial warranties (if offered) are additional and do not affect legal rights.
